Greek pharmaceutical company Frezyderm has chosen Yonwoo’s Show Bottle for its premium range of OTC skincare treatments. This smart choice combines Yonwoo’s airless protection with a test tube shape that inspires consumer confidence.

The Show Bottle has a striking spherical bottom, showcased through a transparent outer base. With an inner bottle and actuator made of recyclable polypropylene, it offers excellent compatibility with a wide range of products. Limited-edition Elemis collection supports Breast Cancer Care

Elemis has issued a limited-edition premium skincare collection for face, neck and bust, in support of the charity Breast Cancer Care. The shimmering, sparkling range contains “all you need to indulge and pamper,” gathered in a stunning cosmetic bag. Elemis’ Pro-Collagen Marine Cream is contained in a limited-edition jar developed by Quadpack.

Colour-matched in the collection’s striking pink tones, the 30ml jar has an SAN outer and a compatible polypropylene inner jar. Shiny silver text has been hot-stamped on the front and back of the jar while additional information can be found on a 45mm diameter label with a gloss laminate finish affixed on the base.

The anodised silver aluminium cap also has a PP inner to ensure product compatibility and is embossed with a simple ‘E’ for understated branding.

Cliniderm by ACO Gentle Comfort Facial Cleansing is designed for the particular skin care needs of women in the Nordic region. Quadpack developed the pack for ACO Hud of Norway to reflect this unique focus. It presents a fresh, attractive image, with a clean cylindrical shape, and an innovative dish dispenser to allow one-handed usage.

The Yonwoo well pump is constructed to prevent contamination and ensure accurate dosage. Pressing down on the saucer with a cotton wool pad actuates one single dose. Direct contact with the product is avoided for hygienic usage, while keeping hands clean and dry. Its one-way valve further prevents product contamination caused by back-seepage.

German cosmetics brand Dr. med. Christine Schrammek chose a tottle for the new corrective skincare fluids in its Essential Care range of daily skincare products. Quadpack developed the oval-shape packs for Blemish Balm Perfect Beauty Fluid Beige (for normal and dry skin) and Ivory (for mixed skin).

Being housed in a squeezable tottle rather than a pump or tube, the products offer a convenient dispensing method for a foundation. The small nozzle enables consumers to apply small doses compared to tubes, while no pump allows easy, leak-free transportation.

Decoration is sophisticated. The PE tottle is colour matched in pearly beige tones, decorated with three silk screen print passes on the front and two silk screen print passes on the back. The PP cap is colour matched in white, with matt silver metallisation and a silver band hot-stamped on the rim.

Quadpack has previously worked with Dr Schrammek on packs for several products in its Hydrating and Anti-Ageing ranges.

Quadpack has developed the packs for three skincare products in Boots Champneys Spa range. The Siquens jars exude modern sophistication, featuring a stark, spherical shape with straight sides on a flat base. The two-part structure comprises a PMMA outer jar and a concave inner jar. The outer jar emulates crystal-clear glass, but with the benefit of being break-resistant. The inner wall has been frosted, highlighting the jar’s solid substructure.

The innovative pump, specifically designed for delicate formulas, is being used for the Klorane Smoothing make-up remover with cornflower water. Pierre Fabre approached Quadpack France for a solution for the Klorane Institute’s sensitive cosmetics formula. Following two years of research, premium Spanish brand Skeyndor has chosen a varied selection of packs from Quadpack for the launch of its Corrective rejuvenating skincare range. This stunning collection comprises six prestige formulas designed to erase and fill out facial lines and wrinkles.

Skeyndor Corrective Instant Wrinkle Filler Cream comes in two packs: a 5ml sample jar with metal-sheathed cap and a 50ml airless jar. The latter has a push-down actuator for accurate dosage and minimum contact with skin to preserve the formula’s integrity.

Skeyndor Corrective Expression Lines Serum is housed in a 30ml airless up & down pack. The bottle has a retractable pump mechanism that pops up when twisted, eliminating the need for a separate cap. The pump sits flush with the lid when closed, making it ideal for travel. A 3ml sample pack is also available.

Quadpack has developed two sophisticated airless packs for the Deborah Group in Milan, Italy, for its HC High-Tech Cosmetics brand.

Aimed at those who want efficient anti-ageing solutions without invasive surgery, Quadpack designed a Yonwoo airless jar and syringe, with HC’s brand vision “precision and efficacy for the enhancement of beauty” foremost in mind.

HC Instant Aqua+ Filler is contained in an airless 50ml jar with innovative push-down actuator for accurate dosage. The austere decoration is highly effective, featuring white graphics silk-screened onto the black plastic of the inner jar, visible through the transparent outer wall. The inner jar is a refillable PP container.

The silver screw-top pump holds the black actuator, while the cap follows the same double-walled decorative theme.

The 10ml syringe used for Instant Deep Wrinkle Reducer enables accurate local application and evokes a medical feel. Its ergonomic shape allows users to reach wrinkles with precision. The nozzle has a protective silicon hood to safeguard the formula, topped with a transparent cap. As with HC Instant Aqua+ Filler, decoration is white silk-screened on black.

Quadpack develops stylish bespoke jars for Sensilis skincare range

Spanish pharmaceutical company Dermofarm has sourced a high-quality, custom-moulded jar from Quadpack for its Sensilis anti-ageing skincare range. The jar is used for the Sensilis Glacier Essence (Deep Hydrating Cream), Supreme Daylight (Caviar Anti-Ageing Cream) and Eternalist (Nourishing and Re-Densifying Cream and Eye Cream) products.

When Dermofarm initially contacted Quadpack, it had a clear aesthetic brief: it wanted a transparent jar with the sophisticated appearance of glass, but made of break-resistant plastic.

Quadpack came up with a stylish thick-walled acrylic jar, with straight sides and a frosted concave inside well, visible from the outside. A range of plastic materials are used in the construction of the jars, with high-resistance PETG deployed for the most sensitive formulas. The decoration is simple yet elegant: the Sensilis logo appears discretely debossed in the black-coloured cap, while the jar features one-colour serigraphy.

As Dermofarm’s trusted packaging provider, Quadpack took care of the design, sourcing, manufacture and delivery of the new jars, to meet not only its creative brief, but also its production deadlines in the run-up to the launch.

Cosmo Laboratories has chosen to marry airless technology with a tube pack for its Hand Revitalizer with Nutricomplex®. The Italian company dedicates particular attention to its containers; they must be practical to use and pleasing to the eye, but must avoid contamination of the product once opened. Airless packs are therefore used for the majority of its products.

For its Hand Revitalizer with Nutricomplex®, it wanted an airless container with an ergonomic design that fitted comfortably in cosmetic bags and hand bags. Quadpack came up with a Yonwoo airless tube. In line with Cosmo Laboratories’ exacting demands, the tubes are attractive, hygienic and easy to handle, enabling the correct amount of product to be released regardless of the pressure applied.

Ideal for delicate formulas, the tubes keep the bulk free from contact with air, as well as skin, eliminating the risk of external contamination. Pump technology avoids back-flow seepage and simultaneously avoids wastage. Its vacuum pump action ensures that all product is used – no need to cut open the pack to reach the last of the cream.

With multiple decoration options available, Cosmo Laboratories chose for a subtle yet seductive mix of pastel tints and silver metallised print in coherence with its brand.

Biotherm Age Fitness Elastic is a double-action skin treatment now housed in a Yonwoo airless pack featuring twin chambers. The new pack is heavier and stronger, with a higher perceived value and excellent compatibility thanks to its polypropylene composition.

Age Fitness Elastic is designed to reduce the signs of ageing using shape memory technology. With age, skin loses what is called its ‘shape memory’: its capacity to regain its original form. Age Fitness Elastic applies bounce-back cream and tensing serum to help restore the skin’s elasticity.

Quadpack Global Account Manager Latifa Dahbi says: “This combination of cream and serum made Yonwoo’s PP dual-chamber airless pack ideal for Biotherm Age Fitness Elastic. The pack releases both products in a single pump action. They are mixed at the point of exit, without any contamination of the products inside. What’s more, the PP pack offers good compatibility with both the serum and the cream.”

The two 15ml chambers enable the two products to be stored separately and dispensed together in equal volumes. As an airless pack, it offers greater protection against oxidation and environmental contaminants than conventional pumps.

The innovative pump, specifically designed for delicate formulas, is being used for the Klorane Smoothing make-up remover with cornflower water. Featuring a tamper-evident cap, it allows one-handed use of the product, while preventing contamination and eliminating waste.

Pierre Fabre approached Quadpack France for a solution for the Klorane Institute’s sensitive cosmetics formula. Due to the sensitive nature of the product, it needed a delivery system that prevented contamination. Single-handed usage was essential for ease of use, keeping one hand free to keep hair out of the way.

Quadpack’s atmospheric well pump fulfilled all requirements and more. It features a flip-top lid and push-down dispenser. Pressing down on the saucer with a cotton wool pad eliminates direct contact with the product while keeping hands clean and dry. Its one-way valve further prevents product contamination caused by seepage.

As an additional benefit, the vertical-action valve also features a concave actuator which allows all product to be used without waste. The pump components are made from recyclable polypropylene and can be used without concern for compatibility issues.

Quadpack Turkey has developed a 50ml square bottle for the company Rebul Kozmetik to launch a new poetic product range aimed at women in International markets.

The range will shortly include a 100ml bottle. Three trendy flavours, Jasmine, Rose & Cassis, Amber & Vanilla, carefully selected by a team of testers, were chosen for the market introduction.

The classical shape of the square bottle together with the surlyn cap and a traditional shaped label were specially design to create a romantic image for the brand.

After winning a prestigious Benchmark Award in the Toiletries and Cosmetics category at end of last year, the Nude Skincare collection developed by Quadpack was once again recognised at the Starpack Industry Awards 2008.

The range won the Gold Award for the Best Cosmetics and Toiletries Design – awarded for best new brand design launched in 2007/2008 for the category.

Quadpack worked with their strategic manufacturing partners based in Europe and Asia to develop the exciting range of personalised packs designed exclusively for Nude by London-based Pearlfisher Design. To promote the new line of products Quadpack also developed two sizes of mini-elliptical PE tubes in 1.5ml and 3ml capacities.
