Quadpack streamlines global business processes
The Quadpack group is sharper, more efficient and more streamlined than ever before. The worldwide implementation of SAP enterprise software at all of our offices provides us with a common platform to conduct our business processes, with knock-on benefits for clients and partners alike.
Smoother operations are already evident as our international offices access the same information in the same format using the same tool. Management information can now be extracted on current status as well as opportunities, enabling more focused strategic business decisions.
Chelo Fernandez, project leader of the SAP operation, emphasises the effect on team work. “Our employees can share knowledge, information and expertise more easily. We now enjoy greater transparency across the enterprise, which will enhance collaborative product development.”
From a client perspective, all Quadpack marketing messages are consistent, providing a uniform view of the enterprise. Our blue chip clients will notice a more streamlined service across their international offices, as our business processes fit in seamlessly with theirs, whatever country they are in.
Looking ahead, plans are in place to leverage Quadpack’s central information repository to create a portal for clients and partners. This will be designed to enable users to check the status of their account, as well as providing an additional feedback channel.
For the time being, however, Chelo comments: “SAP is the tool that will allow us to reach new heights in terms of customer service. Its guarantee of operational efficiency translates into a guarantee of quality to our clients.”
Quadpack France went live this month, completing the two year-long roll-out across the group.
