Simple Look for mass market cosmetics

Cosmetics companies planning to launch a mass market skincare, make-up or OTC product should look to Yonwoo’s latest addition to its airless Econo line: the Yonwoo Simple Look. This low-cost pack offers multiple advantages, including easy filling, excellent compatibility and a high production output capability of up to 100,000 pieces a day.

Simple Look is a cylindrical airless pack that protects the formula from external contamination. It has a locking system that twists on and off, making an overcap unnecessary and cutting total production costs.

Simple Look has a high-cavity mould for large production runs. Easy top filling is achieved using standard equipment. Available in 15, 30 and 50ml, all with the same diameter, there is no need to change the pugs.

Dosage is 0.20cc per stroke. Despite its polypropylene construction, Simple Look offers exciting decoration options, including colour matching, silk screening, hot stamping and heat transfer.
