Shaping the future at exclusive L’Oréal innovation forum

 

Quadpack proudly participated at L’Oréal’s inaugural innovation forum at its headquarters in Clichy, France, on 7 and 8 April. As one of five hand-picked suppliers, Quadpack presented a number of packaging innovations to L’Oréal’s top decision-makers, including CEO Mr Jean-Paul Agon, over the course of the event.

 

Dubbed ‘Cherry Pack’, the event quickly and efficiently exposed L’Oréal’s purchasing, packaging and marketing heads to cutting-edge innovations from selected international suppliers. Besides strengthening relations with its key suppliers, the event aimed to establish a differentiated offering which would anticipate consumer expectations.

 

“It is a privilege to have been selected to exhibit at Cherry Pack,” says Quadpack CEO Tim Eaves. “It was a marvellous opportunity to get direct feedback from senior marketing people, as well as purchasing and packaging managers.”

 

Overall, a hundred packaging innovations were presented to some 350 people, including members of L’Oréal general management, R&D teams and international directors responsible for brands accounting for 85% of the group’s turnover. Quadpack unveiled 15 innovations of which no less than nine were selected for development by L’Oréal.
